Our Story
Relucent Learning, a subsidiary of Leadership for Execs, was born from a desire to extend the exceptional leadership training provided to our executive clients to the broader staff within their organizations worldwide.
With Leadership for Execs already impacting companies across four continents, our clients sought a way to deliver the same depth, breadth, and quality of training on a larger scale. The challenge was clear: scaling live training while maintaining consistency and quality was impractical for organizations with varying skill levels and locations. Thus, Relucent Learning emerged, driven by a customer-centric design philosophy.
Through extensive client interviews, we crafted a platform that is rapidly deployable, highly customizable, and scalable, featuring interactive course content that mirrors the dynamic nature of live training. Our mission is to be enablers of scalable workforce development, accessible to corporate, governmental, and non-profit sectors alike—anywhere large-scale, engaging training is vital.
We incorporated accredited content, embedded AI, and introduced VR-based training for hands-on, repetitive role-based learning. By capturing demographic data upfront, we empower our clients with sentiment-based data analytics through our embedded polling options, offering real-time insights. Furthermore, our SaaS platform can be white-labeled, allowing course content to align with a company's brand identity and be tailored to its specific needs.
